So what is the best shocks for the Dyna? I have seen alot of discussion on shock & handling. Progressive, Werks, Ricor,??????

Yes I'm done for now. But I'm getting tired of bottoming out the stock shocks. I'm 6'4" 250lbs. I have adjusted from the lightest setting up to the highest. It still seems to bottom out. Just pondering is there better riding shocks?

I have a 06 FXDCI and ride double-up 95% of the time. I'm 6-2 240 Ol 5-2 120. I have the stock 12.6in Progressive 440's and they are great. JMHO

I have the Progressive 412's with the solid chrome cover. They make them in heavy duty and regular duty form.

I have an 02 wide glide and usually ride 2-up. I am 215 and mama is 120 so I got the progressive 13" shocks to help on the long rides. I ordered the heavy shock spring but they were way too hard so I got the stock progressive springs which are about 15lbs per side stonger than stock harley springs and that combo has worked great for the last 65k +- and that extra 1/2" of travel has really made the pipe dragging in corners go away

I saw a set OHLINS for sale... But 990.00 a set.... Looked a another dealer. They were just like Ohlins. But 1400.00 per set.... Can't do that at this time. To much $$$$ already this year.
