Speedo 06 streetbob

Can any one help me? my speedo has had condensation in under the glass and comes and goes but has left a stain.I dont go out riding in the rain but got caught out coming back from a ride.I heard another guy with a streetbob have the same happen to him and also his fuel gauge fogged up.Can i pull the speedo apart to clean the glass? or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It can be opened up to clean it but it will do it again. Some drill a small hole at the lowest part for any drainage and ventilation.

I forgot to mention above that the moisture problem is a very common thing and if you park it in the sun for a while, it usually dissipates but will return again. The staining is rather common too if the moisture builds up in the housing too.

Where do you drill the hole exactly (to allow air flow in speedo) ?
Has anyone had luck with this?
