Apologies for what may seem a rather dense question.. have been advised to check my starter relay as having a problem however havent got the foggiest where its located. Any help on location of said item on a 2005 Heritage

On an 2005, I would guess under the main fuse box cover? The inside cover should have a paper decal with that relay. That's where it is on my 2009,,but from year to year things change.
