Steering wobble on 2013 Tri Glide

Does anyone know if the stock steering damper is adjustable? I owned a 2009 Harley Tri Glide and it didn't wobble like this one does.

Welcome to the forum. Don't know about the damper, is this a high or low speed wobble? First thing I would do is have the dealer check the head bearings.
