Stock Fuel MAP Adjustability

I wonder..is the factory controler MAP adjustable? IOW, could a set of slip ons, and SE air cleaner be installed and the fuel juiced up enough to keep from being too lean?

I installed the Dobeck Gen 3. My RK runs cooler and it stopped the decel popping I was getting due to running lean.

The Gen 3 is looking like the first step, then adding the other steps later. Stock fuel setting is just crazy.
