stupidity

I left the clear plastic view-ing plug in the timing hole of my 1997 FXDWG and went riding!!! How do I get melted plug end out of timing hole!!! I removed plug but end is still in hole? I don't think I can grab plastic piece ,what happens if it falls down in engine? (EDIT) ?

It may be possible to drill a small hole in the plastic and put a small self tapping screw in it if the screw was reverse thread then it may wind the end of the plug back out
as i have never been in this position im just trying to think of a solution without seeing the problem

Fins got a good idea....id try that..

heat up end of screwdriver, let it melt into plug, splash little water on it, back out plug. ps don't heat up sd so much that it takes out temper................bw
