Supertuner on a Dyna Superglide

I have the Dyna superglide en untill now i had the V&H slip-ons on it
Now i bought a pair of V&H Short shots, and my question is should i change any setting on my Supertuner.

I never changed it myself (i don't have the CD or the cable yet) but i am thinking about getting them, is it very difficult to do?
I had a powercommander before the supertuner and that was'nt so hard how about the supertuner.

The stage 1 supertuner map should work fine with the short shots, but sounds like you would enjoy playing with making the map the best it can be, the CD & cables are a good thing to have just as a diagnostic tool, if you had no problems with using a power commander the sert will be a piece of cake. Have fun
