TBW problem

So was ridding my 09 SG and decided tp pass a slow vehicle and as I was passing and shifting when I went to get back on the throttle I had nothing, was like the bike just turned off.

I let off the grip and hit it again but still nothing, finally after a couple more times twisting it came back
and for the rest of my ride it didn't act up again. So what in the world could be causing this ??

Throttle could be lose on handle bar and not connected properly to internal unit. Loose connection, bad serial cable connection. Have you checked it for codes?
