Hi, I am currently in the process of getting all the parts I need to do the stage one for my 2011 FLHTK. I already have everthing except a fuel manager, and am planning to go with the TFI but have a question about how well it deals with altitude changes while riding. I live in Calgary, Alberta and while riding can experience dramatic changes in altitude in a short period of time, as much as 3000 feet or more in a matter of a couple of hundred km. When riding to the west coast it can be almost 7000 feet in a few hours. As I understand it the O2 sensors on the stock setup adjust for this automatically, however as the TFI (and other options) eliminate the sensors, can the altitude changes produce a noticable difference in how the bike runs? I am not doing the stage one for performance per say, but more for a cooler running engine and a better sound. Thanks in advance.
