It should fit, the outer diameter is actually only about 3/8" overall between the two wheels.

Yes as long as the wheel bearings match the axles on the new wheel.I did it and had to change the axle to complete the job, hope it helps,Dave...

need to use a narrow hub the wideglide wheel hub wont fit. easiest just to relace your own hub.
