This is for my 96 but should be the same Tighten top nut to 9 - 18 in-lbs tighten bottom nut to 100 - 120 in-lbs Re-tighten top nut to 100 - 120 in-lbs Repeat on the rear exhaust

dcfatboy Active Member Jul 14, 2010 #4 I always check the torque values after everything is bolted up too. (On my 2004 Ultra, you start the torquing sequence on the top or bottom of the front flange and the OTHER ORDER on the rear flange.)
