Trying to Find a HD Service Bulletin

The service bulletin I am looking for was posted on the forum before and it showed pictures of the pins fretting on the TCA plug. I believe that the bulletin is tt418-1 , I did a search and this is all I could find I cant find the actual service bulletin with the pics.

That's the service bullitin but it must be another service bulletin that I am looking for. The service bulletin was posted on this forum so it should be here somewhere it has the pictures of the TCA plug pins and it shows the fretting/corrosion that occurs to the pins in the plug then it recommend the pins to be replaced with gold plated pins I believe. The problem is with the TBW bikes only.

I think the one breeze3at linked had the picture of the fretting. Here is another link to a post made by Chopper. It has a PDF of the same document but the bulletin is revised to Rev A.
