turn signal issues

I have a 1999 FXDWG, 20,000 miles. Right turn signal does not flash. Dash indicator is on, front turn light is brightens up, rear light goes out. Rear light works in running light mode, goes out in turn mode. Left turn works fine.
No ignition problems, no other lighting problems. Thanks! Mark

Generally the rears only have a single filament bulb in them and this could be the problem (wrong bulb) or wired wrong. The rears only function as a blinker and not a running light like the front lights.

Thanks for posting this Glide..I was standing behind my bike tonight and noticed that the front turn signals were in running mode and the rear turn signals were off. I really never noticed it before but I thougt there was a short..This answers my question..
