2007 FXDC
In the manual it says check the oil.
Cold Check,with dip stick screwed in all the way,then checked it should between the two arrows,which i think means in the middle.
Hot check, with dip stick secrewd in all the way,then checked it should be at the full mark.
My problem is when i check hot or cold im getting oil up to the full mark.im near sure the last time i done oil change i got half way mark on the cold check,have i a problem here,i just about to head off to France in the morning.

ps: It also says in the manual not to rely on the cold check, so what your thoughts.
Also no oil seems to be coming from airfilter and i done 50 miles today.
