I just purchased an 04 FXDLI. It has an alarm with two key fobs, but I dont know what they security codes are and I dont believe the alarm is working properly. This bike was bought at an auction and I purchased it from the bike shop after that. What steps do I need to take to get the alarm working properly? Also, as a side note, when I was considering the purchase, the alarm seemed to work, but now it is as if the key fobs dont want to work. I replaced the batteries in the fobs. There was also a new battery for the bike installed before I picked it up. When it is started, the engine and key lights come on and then both go off. After about 30 seconds or so, the red key light comes on and stays on unitl the bike is shut off. I dont have any problems starting and riding the bike. It is as if the alarm isnt activated.
