Vapor valve?

Anybody know the location of the vapor valve on a 2006 Deluxe EFI. I don't want to disassemble the bike. Looks to come out at bottom near rear wheel but I can't find it

I think only California models have the vapor valve. If your bike is a CA model, disregard this post, if not quit looking?
