What does this go to

Trying to find out about what this rubber piece go to & will oil leak from it. I have a leak & it looks like it's coming from here but not sure. If someone could help me it would be great & what to do to fix it. This is on my 06 Street Glide.

It appears that is the wiring harness from regulator where it enters into primary to connect to stator.

I losing oil there. Is there any way I can stop it from leaking IR do I need to buy another boot for it

Other than replacing the stator you might try pulling on the plug to see if maybe it's not seated fully. I've seen some try high temp silicon but it not real pretty and usually leaks.
