can a wheel with 1 inch bearings be installed on my 1992 electraglide classic

You will have to change wheel bearings to coincide with model year of bike.

Not sure this will work as you would have to turn the axel ends down to suit the conditions in the fork down tube and the rear swingarm. I not sure how you would get the rear axel through the swingarm.
