Where is Flasher

can anyone tell me where the flasher is located on a 1984 FXST ? My turn signals were flashing slowly now not at all. Could this be the problem?

Could also be a bad bulb

That's my guess also.

On my '90 fxstc,the flasher unit is located under the dash panel between the tanks,if this helps any.

Slow and then no flashers is also a sign of a battery going dead.
