Best way to check fuel system is to attach a fuel pressure gauge in-line it attaches inline between tank fitting and hose going to injectors. Turn on bike fuel pump will prime and you will see around 56 psi. Pump will turn off. Continue to monitor pressure gauge if pressure starts dropping then you either have a pin hole in hoses. Cracked housing that pressure regulator connects to or bad pressure regulator or damaged pressure regulator o- ring coil even be a damaged fuel filter housing or o-ring. If you find a fuel issue it is best to replace all hoses. Plastic housing, pressure regulator and fuel filter as the ethanol cause these items to become brittle over time. Gotta figure after almost 20 years if one item fails the others are not far behind
