I worked ones a customers bike once that was acting similar, everything tested fine including fuel pressure, then i hooked up the fuel pressure tester and took it for an actual test ride, and the reading would drop slightly on acceleration, when u replaced the hosed did you use the compression fittings or worm clamps, ive seen worm clamps used before and caused similar problems also.
