If the Dealer will not fix then I will do it myself. I actually found a great local Harley shop (not dealer) that works on them for $50/hour and parts prices are very reasonable as well. Great guy's.The heavier weight oil will help with front end performance.
Doing the fork oil change isn't that hard or time consuming. I would recommend you do it yourself. That way you know its done right. It would take less than an hour to do when you are changing out your tins.
It just drives me nuts to think that I'm paying some slacker $80-100 an hour to do sub-standard work. Even worse is paying that rate for them to redo work I already paid for.
