1200 Nightster - Pipes too noisy

I suppose we have to look at the other end of it. Not everybody has a hot rod and is tolerant of the noise that bikes make especially at night which explains why some places have those rules.

Screaming Eagle pipes IMO are not loud enough if you want to be heard. I put some V&H short shots on my 48 and its just about right. That with an V&H Air Intake kit and a little reprogamming at the dealer and it rides right.
