Did Ray Brakebill make it right with you, such as full refund?

He has not yet but will. He offered to repaint them but I felt more comfortable with a local painter. He wants me to submit the receipt to him when done so he can submit to House of Kolor for a warranty claim as the issue was with their Primer Sealer. Ray was very upset and right away wanted to make it right, no arguments or issues. He seems to be a very solid guy.

Thanks! According to the painter the Primer Sealer Ray used did not stick to the primer and that is why it peeled. Now I just need to send my receipt to Ray and he is going to have House of Kolor warranty it.
