2010 Ultra ABS brake lever feel?

I have a mushy rear, told the dealer, and they did the down load but no change to the rear, but it made the front tighter.
Seems like air in the line to me.

Here is an update. Road it again today. I have to say there is a big improvement. I guess after 3 bleeds we are starting to make headway. I have feeling it is air.
The one thing I can say that since I picked it up yesterday I notice that the feel is consistent. But still need to pull the lever 2 times to get max pressure. The other noticeable good thing is that the difference between the first pull and second is negligible.

May need one more good bleed.
