DTC's. Tachometer: U1016 Hist Loss of Icm/Ecm serial data instruments. Tachometer : U1040 Hist Loss of ABS serial data.
I have a powervision tuner is how I got these codes. I tried to clear them with no luck. The bike doesn't throw engine light or anything just seems to be affecting the performance of the bike.
 
You may want to add the mileage of the bike and any upgrades/aftermarket work that is on the bike. ;) That info may help some of our wizards in assisting you.
 
I just bought the bike about 3 months ago and it had 40000 miles on it. Written on the mirror was a note regarding the ABS system needed to have something done to it? I was told it was taken care of. Wasn't from HD dealership. I have put true duals with Screaming Eagle slip ons and flashed the Ecm with my Powervision tuner. It had a SE air breather when I got it. That is all I'm aware of. Thank you
 
Since you don't have a "check engine" light on, I would check the DTC of the bike itself, not thru the powervision. It may just be a flash communication error between the PV and the ECM. The procedure is in Tech Tips, if you need help.

    Below is a list of comprehensive list of diagnostic codes that you may come across on your Harley-Davidson.
    How to Read Error Codes
    1. With the ignition in the off position, press and hold the trip meter button, and turn the ginition swith to the on position.
    2. Release the button. Your speedo indicators should illuminate and the needle should do a full sweep.
    3. “diag” will appear on the odometer screen. Press the trip button once.
    4. “PSSPt” is now displayed. Each of the letters represents a different area.
      • P = ECM / ICM (Engine / Ignition Control Module)

      • S = TSM / TSSM (Turn Signal / Turn Signal Security Module)

      • SP = Speedometer

      • t = Tachometer
    5. You can highlight each area by pressing the button. Once the area you wish to select is highlighted, press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
    6. If there are any codes, you will be able to go through them one at a time by pressing the button. Once you have them recorded, they can be cleared by holding the button for more than 5 seconds. Once “clear” is on the screen, press the button once more.
    7. To exit the Diagnostic Mode, turn the ignition switch off.

Sorry took so long! I ran diagnostics through the bikes setup got, cleared, had return both U1016 AND 1040 codes?
 
I'm not an electronics guy but you may want to have the ECM checked, may be going south on you.
I'm sure others will chime in with suggestions as well.
 
These are loss of communication codes.
I would probably start with checking all fuses, than after disconnecting the battery, checking the connections for the ABS control module as well as the instrument harness connector for any signs of corrosion. Disconnect the ECM and inspect the pin connections, Also check any ground wires associated with those harnesses.
Hook up the battery and see if any codes return.
You may need to test for power and grounds to the ABS control module.
