To tell you the truth, the last thing I want to lose is low end. Most of my riding is two up and we also take road trips with baggage. I do not try to keep up my buddies with bobbers. Because like I tell them, beating my bike is like beating a school bus. What's the point. Maybe I'll just have it welded and keep my fingers crossed. The first weld lasted 25 years. One of my winter projects is replace all of the rubber engine mounts like 76shovel mentioned. Just in case. They are 25 years old. Like every thing else, rubber does get old. Thanx again Bus Driver.
