97 roadking with 80 evo sputtering

only 38000 on the gauge. It has a tps, but i think ive narrowed it down to either the tps or the ets. either way ill send it to have it diagnosed by our trusty mechanic. In the long run way cheaper than just replacing stuff and finding out thats not it. Do apprciate the help.

Im really not sure, cause it comes and goes. You can start it and it runs normal but 1 mile down the road it starts running very rich and almost sounds like its starving for fuel, then a couple miles down the road it runs normal. And it just repeats itself. very confusing.
