Thanks for the advice guys. I've toured before and drove through the Rocky's in May before the long weekend. I'm thinking, all i gotta do now is make sure that I can talk my buddy into taking the bikes rather than other modes of transport.
I do plan on having the bike broke in & the dyno tune done before we leave.

Hey Crazy, where are you getting the work done on your new bike, and did you know it would cost about half as much to get it done in the U.S. I'm going to Cal. this summer and plan on getting up-grades done while I'm there. Everything is cheaper in the U.S. We pay about 30-50% more for parts and at least $30 per hour more on labour in Canada. The Canadian dollar is almost at par with the U.S. dollar and I figure I'll save almost half the cost. Something to think about eh!
