The push rod tubes are parallel therefore there has to be 4 cams in a line only engine i know about laid out like that is the sportster it has a custom gear case cover and a custom front pulley cover

Some have cut apart the Sporster cases and used a seperate trany, This is one of them Definitely a Sporster Hybrid
