Aux Input

Put my IPod in windshield pouch run cable to Aux input and with new speakers man it sounds great. Ain't real neat, with wire running from pouch to radio but what the heck. works great sounds the same and with 16 gigs plenty of music.

Hi guys,
I found that my MP3 player is much softer into the Aux plug. i can crank up the MP3 volume but it is close to flat out before I get it to an acceptable level through the radio.

Is anyone else having this problem or is it my dodgy MP3 player.

Can't find the thread, but for IPODs there was a conversion program to format previous downloads to higher level... :33: but MP3 devices I do not know if you can change previous recording levels...:no

I need some help I have a radar detector and Zumo 550 that I am trying to connect to the aux input. I used a splitter so both could be connected to the input, but with this configuration I get engine noise int the output. The zumo works great buy it's self, but with the radar detector hooked in I have this problem, any ideas on how to solve the problem?
