jim b.. on my o9 ultra once turned on its on & will be on each time engine is started i believe yours should be the same. Turning thottle other direction just letts you know its on but doing throtle reverse once more will turn it off & dash icon will be orange.w/ engine running...

Am I the only one that don't know what (cats) are...at first i thought your joking. I think now your not. So i had to ask lol.
Cats are the catalistic converters used in exhaust systems to reduce pollutants.
