Testing stator output

ACV reading at about 1500rpm

Testing Ohms and it falls in the 0.1-0.5 range.

If your Main circuit breaker is new and the regulator ground cable is solid, I agree with Jack. Sounds like the regulator is going out.
Stator output looks good. Your probably ok on stator.

Tested with another meter ohms scale set at 200 and it tested at 1.3 ohms. ACV at 1200rpm at 24v

If you mean no reading then yes....

Charge your battery, replace the regulator, make sure of a good ground, you should be Good to go:s

My 03 fatty did the same thing. Turns out the crank walked and made one heck of a mess.
