from what I've hear that's common after a fuel pack install. Check your diagnostic code to see what it is then clear it and see if it comes back. your light coming on then going off is telling you that you have a historic trouble code. 04-07 HD DTC Codes and Activation - Harley Davidson Community

I just installed a A.N. big sucker on my 07 tonight.It talks about oiling the filter.Not to sure how this is done. Anyone care to enlighten me?

If it is a K&N element (red tintd pink/purple element, require a light "dusting" spray of Air Cleaner Oil...

I have the Ness Big Sucker and I rode over 880 miles a few weeks ago in sporatic rain showers and never noticed anything. It would have to be raining VERY hard for you to notice any performance drop. You'd probably pull over because you couldn't see before you'd see a difference in performance. Never have rode in a monsoon though..........
