Ok I must have an overactive imagination then because my plunger is defiinitely not falling out. Thanks man.

Once assembled and back on the bars again, it would be difficult for the plunger to fall out.

Never even had it apart. Just saw it in the parts manual and went looking for it on the bike thinking I lost it. Course my wife could tell you I 'lost it' a long time ago, but that's another story.

OK thought you had rebuilt the cylinder when you polished it up.
