Cable lube?

I some Dri Slide, I use it on my guns. How much should you use on the cables?

Adding it to the top of the cable I use about 6 drops in the cable housing.

I use the graphite bottle with the long needle, that's what they use in most of the shops.

I use a product called Cable Life ..got it at Doc's Harley Davidson Dealer..so i guess most dealers carry it and followed the "Fix Your Hog " CD on how to lube the cables ... Gliders tips are also as good as the "Fix Your Hog" serious..it just i can plug and play the CD's in my garage...lol

I use "Dry Lube" it has graphite in it, and it works very well without gumming up the cable or attracting dirt.

Super Lube!!! Available from GM dealers and there is one available on the open market, great penetrating oil, when dry leaves a teflon film behind.
Have used it for years on cables with no problems.

Try Tri Flow. It leaves a teflon coating.
