Can I fit a sissy bar on a Road King Police?

just a thought here . if u need extra leg room , i was told that the stock brake pedal has a longer lentgh to it than the p ones so it sits up further

I know I am a bit late on this but I just bought my 2009 Police Road King. I want to keep the radio plate, not because I don't want to move the air tank but I just like it. Anyway you said you can put a passenger back rest on the bike with the radio plate intact? If this is so can you point me toward the docking parts I need.
