Same in the UK biglew. CB on mine and a regular import. Maybe the two mikes/earphone is not a standard US thing.

But after all that no solution for the real problem. I can only suggest either a loose connection or a faulty set. But that's not much help I'm afraid.

The '07, Rick, came with a set of two in a box.
Can't see the point of there being only one as they are also used to talk to your passenger.

My 09 ultra came with 1 (one) set.

My 09 only came with one as well.

Attached it to my helmet, but cut off the earphone wires. I want it thru the speakers.
