Check engine light but no codes?

as a winter-time project, disconnect all electrical conntection & give the a big dab of di-electrical grease.

As a followup, I went to check the codes again, and to my surprise they showed up this time. Was the throttle error codes. The previous owner changed handlebars and probably screwed up the throttle sensor when reinstalling the right grip. I cleared the codes and will keep an eye on it. If it continues, will probably have to cough up the $80 or $90 for a new sensor.. Thanks for all the ideas.
