As Barndog said RH is well aware of the problem in the older rear headpipe, they will send you a new rear headpipe free of charge no exchange needed, I would call get the pipe let it sit till the problem happens again then change , the tab on the older stlye is wey to thin and directly welded to the headpipe and over time the tab would just vibrate off leaving you a nice crack in the headpipe, if I remember rite the new headpipe they sent me had a added flat plate welded to the headpipe and a heavier tab was used and welded to the flatplate giving a better bond that can withstand the vibration.
