Cv throttle cable question

Good deal, the mixture screw you can turn out2 1/2 turns from light seat to start, if the bike stumbles in 3rd gear you will need to go up a size in jet, seat of the pants tuning will get you right, see the self help section under fuel for more tips
 
Thanks for the replies. Started off today with the screw about 2 1/2 turns out, rode it a bit, tuned it til it ran better, seems pretty good now. I have no idea how many turns out now, but it runs good, better than it ever did with the S&S. Im considering a 1200 conversion over the winter, not sure if ill give the super e another chance then. Im happy for now.

Careful, too many turns out the screw can rattle lose and fall out
