Couple weeks ago I finally got with Dell service and they determined my mother board needed to be replaced, so 3 weeks without my home computer.
Based on my work experience with other laptops and how well they held up, I will not go back to Dell. This seams to be a common Inspiron problem, so if you decide to go this rout on your new purchase, good luck is all I have to say.
