Do you wear a helmet?

Yes I do as well. Added protection is necessary with all the driving and texting etc. I did even before cell phones.

I usually wear a half helmet with sunglass-type eye protection, switching to clear goggles at night or if it's real cloudy. I'd like to find a half helmet that doesn't look so dorky. When it's cold outside I wear a 3/4 helmet with face shield to keep my face warm. I occasionally go without a helmet if it's really hot outside. Adult riders are not required to wear a helmet in KY.
