The belt tension should be adjusted the same way using the 10 lbs of force in the middle of the belt with both length shocks. Deflection shouldn't change.

Good info Hobbit, I should have made my post clearer, it's set the same way but different measurements using the 10 lbs of force as stated. Sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain and I don't post what I am thinking.
