Fatboy Windshield Too Tall

I just got an 06 Fat Boy, and I'm looking to install a detachable windshield, any suggestions on Make or model of one? Thanks

The HD units are quality and I would stay with them.

Great vid didn't know you could cut down the windsheilds.

Whats a good rule of thumb? Tip of your nose at the top of the windsheild?

I usually go by sitting normal looking through and sitting up straight looking over the top.

Stick with the tall windshield,she won't be happy with the the shorter one.

Hey Kardar, I cut mine a week ago, it is very easy, see the video in Glider post.
Regarding at which hight to cut the best is to put a 4 inch masking tape below your line of sight a go for a ride. if you dont feel confortable try to raise or lower the tape and try it agaoin riding. repeat as much as necessary to find your correct line of sight.
