Garage floor paint...

The floor will probably have to be etched either using a sander, sandblasting or chemical. I would recommend a two part epoxy paint. I am familar with Tnemec and/or Sherwin Williams brand epoxy paints. They are somewhat expensive but the hold up extremely well. If you want anti-slip on it, you can sprinkle a little sand on the paint before it dries.
