I tried to google search the image but it's not coming up with a brand name.

Can you tell me what brand they would be?

I just googled handlebar risers,but Harley has em in Parts too.For road kings they are staight up,not curved,but the angle still puts them back.And you may find pulled back risers aftermarket,maybe jp cycles?
