It's too late to post reply here but seeking help from watch battery replacement expert's the prominent way to replace those batteries. Once you know how to replace it then you can do replacement by your own also.

I have a couple watches somewhere, don't have 1 that works, gave up on them long ago.
They batteries go dead in a day or 2 if I wear one.
Same with my cell phone. If it is on my service desk or tool box it shows 70% left by end of day, in my shirt pocket it will be down to 30 % by mid afternoon.
