Head set plug-in

Today I was setting up my head sets for myself and passenger on 2011 ultra the front plug-in isn't working but the passenger plug-in works with both heads sets. Anyone have any ideas on what to check ? Thanks for your help.

This may be redundant, did you check the volume. With the headsets, the rear volume is seperate from the front volume.

Turns out you're right. I double checked and had the front volume control turned down, works fine now.
