Hmmmm is your bike a boy or girl?

My car, my bikes and even my guitars have a female name. It just feels better than a male name or no name at all.

Well, it's a Harley and Harley sounds like a boys name, and I had a brother named harley, so I guess its a boy.

It's like my HD salesman told me the other day.

"You don't pick your ride, your ride picks you."

I like to believe my bike is an extension of me and not simply a machine. When I ride, I feel like she talks to me.

Ok, maybe I'm just weird.

All my cars have been female names, but the bike, is a boy! Straddling a female (named bike) just doesn't seem right to me.... :s

Mine is steel, rubber, plastic, nuts and bolts. You can decide if it is a boy or girl!! LOL!
IMHO it is a machine.

Oh she is a girl allright. A guy better not talk to me like that. The way I pamper her. How could I stare at a guy like that. Now my Kawasaki 650 V-Twin 4wheeler is a guy. He gets squirted off with a pressured hose not rubbed gently. Her name? Now I dont kiss and tell.

Mine's definitely a girl. She roars! She sparkles! hmmmmmm My husbands bike is "manly". I always thought your bike was a reflection of your personality? For me. cars do take on a female persona, but bikes seem more like an extension of "you" the rider.
